Michelle is a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner specializing in ADHD and the treatment of anxiety, depression, trauma, and burnout. With more than 20 years of healthcare experience, she brings both clinical expertise and deep compassion to the care she provides.
She believes that every person’s story is unique and works closely with each patient to develop comprehensive treatment plans tailored to their specific needs. These plans may include medication management, psychoeducation, behavioral strategies, and supportive therapies designed to promote long-term wellness and balance.
She is especially passionate about helping women better understand the ways ADHD, anxiety, depression, and burnout can present throughout different stages of life. Many of her patients come to treatment after years of feeling misunderstood, dismissed, or unheard, and she is dedicated to creating a space where they feel genuinely heard, validated. and empowered to openly discuss their experiences without fear of judgment.
While mental health work can be deeply meaningful, she also believes healing does not always have to feel heavy. She values authenticity, connection, humor, and creating a therapeutic environment that feels approachable, supportive, and grounded in real life.
Whether someone is navigating ADHD, anxiety, depression, trauma, burnout, or simply carrying the weight of life, she is committed to helping patients feel lighter, more grounded, and more connected to themselves along the way.
