Lauren Cranston Seaton, PMHNP-BC


Lauren Cranston Seaton is a board-certified psychiatric nurse practitioner at Bellevue Psychiatry. She earned her advanced nursing degree from Gonzaga University and has more than 14 years of experience in youth and adolescent inpatient psychiatry, community mental health, and correctional settings. She has worked with diverse and high-acuity populations, including justice-involved individuals and those living with severe mental illness, and has also been active in advocacy and public policy to improve mental health care access and equity.

Lauren treats depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, ADHD, psychosis, trauma-related conditions, and other psychiatric concerns. She focuses on creating a safe, supportive environment where patients feel seen, valued, and heard. Her goal is to foster stability, growth, and long-term wellness while working alongside each person to build balance and resilience.

Outside of practice, Lauren enjoys spending time with family and friends, exploring the Pacific Northwest, and traveling when she can
